Meet the Executives
Michael T. Fitzpatrick, M.A.S
President
Michael's educational background is in business, specializing in the areas of human resources and marketing.
Michael works directly with both pharmacist and pharmacy technicians in their search for permanent as well as temporary positions. He assists in the development of employee profiles used in our marketing programs. He also works with both large and small clients in their search for qualified employees in all practice settings. He has been associated with pharmacy staffing for more than ten years and brings this experience to our staffing program.
John P. Fitzpatrick, Sr., R.Ph.
Vice President
John graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Sciences.
With significant experience in retail and Long Term Care Pharmacy, he recognized a need for effectively managing a staffing program for Pharmacy Personnel in the areas of temporary services and permanent placement.
John assists with the everyday operations of the company and the selection and placement of the employees.
Debbie Conway
General Manager of Staffing Operations
Debbie comes to PharmaTech Staffing with over twenty years of Healthcare and Human Resources experience, the last eight years spent specifically as a Manager of Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians staffing. She brings to PharmaTech Staffing her vast knowledge of our highly specialized industry. She functions as our General Manager of Staffing Operations. These areas include Temporary and Permanent Staffing, Employee and Client relations as well as daily operations. She works directly with the Vice President of Operations to assure our quality of selection processes and Client satisfaction.

temporary and permanent placement. We work exclusively with Pharmacists and Pharmacy
Technicians, allowing us to focus solely on the pharmacy profession. We service all pharmacy
practice settings in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware, and Maryland.

What are the costs involved with a temporary employee?
Based on market analysis,
PharmaTech Staffing’s pricing is competitive and cost effective. Our hourly rate includes employee’s salary, all required state and federal payroll deductions, workers’ compensation coverage, professional and general liability insurance covering you (our client), fidelity bonding, and state
disability coverage, if required. All clients are entitled to request and receive a certificate of insurance.
Who pays the employee?
All temporary pharmacists and technicians are
employees of PharmaTech Staffing, unless otherwise noted, and are
paid weekly by our company. Clients are billed
on a weekly basis only for hours worked by
our employees.
Can a temporary employee become permanent?
Absolutely! While utilizing temporary
