All temporary pharmacists and technicians are the employees of PharmaTech Staffing, Inc. and are paid weekly by the company.
Clients are billed on a weekly basis only for the time actually worked by our employees. There are NO hidden costs.
A temporary employee determines where and when to work with complete flexibility.
PharmaTech Staffing, Inc. will contact the employee to fill the scheduling needs of our clients.
Assignments range from per diem to long-term. Temporary employees are called upon to work based on how well their skills and qualifications meet the requirements for a temporary position.
Experience, availability and knowledge of particular computer systems are some of the determining factors in offering assignments to the employee.
Ultimately, the decision to accept an assignment lies with the employee. Once an assignment is verbally accepted, the employee is committed to working the hours.

Successful candidate for permanent openings are hired directly by the client. The Client pays any fees due to PharmaTech Staffing, Inc.
Candidates for permanent positions are presented with a full job description including compensation package, benefits program, etc., by PharmaTech Staffing, Inc. before their resumes are submitted to potential employers for consideration.
The employee is not obligated to proceed with the full interview process, nor is the client.

Michael T. Fitzpatrick - President
Michael's educational background is in business, specializing in the areas
of human resources and marketing.
Michael works directly with both pharmacist and pharmacy technicians in their
search for permanent as well as temporary positions. He assists in the development
of employee profiles used in our marketing programs. He also works with both
large and small clients in their search for qualified employees in all practice
settings.
He has been associated with pharmacy staffing programs for the past ten years
and brings this experience to our staffing program.
John P. Fitzpatrick, Sr., R.Ph. - Vice President
John graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Sciences.
With significant experience in retail and Long Term Care Pharmacy, he recognized a need for effectively managing a staffing program for Pharmacy Personnel in the areas of temporary services and permanent placement.
John assists with the everyday operations of the company and the selection of the employees.
Debbie Conway– General Manager of Staffing
Operations
Debbie comes to PharmaTech Staffing with over twenty years
of Healthcare and Human Resources experience, the last three years spent specifically
as a Manager of Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians staffing. She brings to
PharmaTech Staffing her vast knowledge of our highly specialized industry.
She will function as our General Manager of Staffing Operations. These areas
include Temporary and Permanent Staffing, Employee and Client relations as
well as daily operations. She will work directly with the Vice President of
Operations to assure our quality of selection processes and Client satisfaction.
Suzanne Perret - Staffing Coordinator
Suzanne is responsible for Permanent and Temporary placement of Pharmacist and Pharmacy Technicians in the New York and North Jersey market place. She’s actively involved in developing new relationships with clients and employees as well as maintaining existing relationships. Suzanne also is responsible for creating searches to successfully match our employee’s qualifications with our client’s needs and arranging interviews between both parties.
Jennifer Lemmons - Staffing Coordinator
As a Staffing Coordinator, Jennifer is responsible for Permanent and Temporary
placement of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians in the New Jersey and Pennsylvania
market place. Matching employee skills with client needs is an important part
of her placement process. Employee contacts thru screening processes, interviews
and background checks are an important procedure in this matching process.
Jennifer is also responsible for informing and educating our current and prospective
clients directly on the services being offered by PharmaTech Staffing. She
is also very active in the internal and external marketing of prospective
employees to our client base.
Joanne Valera - Marketing Director
Joanne is responsible for maintaining and and assisting in developing new marketing programs. She continually updates the company's website, www.pharmatechstaff.com, to ensure the most recent information to our clients and employees. Also, she maintains the specialized database of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians, and handles all the target mailings to our employees and clients to develop and maintain new and current relationships. In addition, Joanne works directly with the advertising and marketing media to organize the promotional aspects of PharmaTech Staffing, Inc. Joanne manages, coordinates and controls all the internal functions of PharmaTech Staffing, Inc. Laura Elliott - Financial Coordinator
Laura oversees the tracking of all our new employee and client records while recording performance evaluations of our current employees. In addition, she is responsible for all the areas in accounting such as payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable as well as generating all financial information. Laura continually interacts with the staffing team to ensure a consistent flow of information among the company.
